This was an infographic created for a fictional campaign on marijuana legalization. this was a very detailed yet fun and challenging process as I went from researching the facts, pro, and con, of marijuana legalization, to finding images and ultimately mapping out how I wanted the brochure to be designed.
The third image was the first rough version of the brochure. it was a more abstract idea that I wanted to execute which could have worked great. but I decided that it was a bit more difficult to complete while fitting all of the information on it.
The first and second images are digital images of the final layout which was a four-panel infographic/brochure. I enjoyed placing the information on the pages. As well as the images, some of which I created and illustrated myself. Obviously, I wanted to use a lot of green on this but decided to contrast this with black to give a sort of "newspaper" feel as well, with the info.
The more I designed this, the more I understood how much better it could be. Which enriched the process that much further.
Overall this was a great project for me. A few tweaks here and there, and I will have a really nice brochure. I will look for more opportunities like this in the future.
